Coram Deo offers an array of lifelong learning courses and cohorts that feed, nourish, and sustain the pastor for effective and lifelong ministry and effectiveness. Designed primarily for pastors and church planters who have completed their equipping process, the lifelong learning courses and cohorts are open to all alumni as well as any pastor who wants to stay effective and sharp in the ministry.
Coram Deo utilizes an In-Ministry Formation paradigm. As Dr. Chuck Van Engen states in his book, Forming Leaders in Ministry, this paradigm seeks “to create a seamless, continuous process wherein leaders become life-long learners whose formation never ends” (p.28).

We offer a workshop to help leaders understand their natural instincts for taking action when they are striving toward a goal. Using the Kolbe A Index, we help church teams discover how to work more effectively together and maximize their potential to accomplish their shared ministry mission and goals.

This 6-month course starts with the APEST assessment (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd and Teacher) for personal growth and understanding and then transitions to think and apply how to implement fivefold gifting in your ministry or church. This course can be supplemented by the Kolbe A Index for the purpose of helping to build effective teams

Advanced Preaching: Honing Your Craft, facilitated by David Beelen, this 6-session course is designed for preachers who want to go to the next level in their preaching and communication of God’s Word. Can be engaged either individually or in a small cohort
