Employment Type: Full or Part-Time (Job description negotiable for part-time employment)
Compensation: Competitive based on experience and skillset
Location: Holland, MI
Purpose of the Position:
The Generosity Developer will be Coram Deo's first dedicated fundraiser, responsible for developing donor partnerships that fuel the multiplication of leaders and churches for decades to come. This person will be tasked to grow giving across our three funds: General (daily operations), Covenant (capital improvements), and Grant (helping leaders afford their equipping). He or she will work closely with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to create stable, long-term funding streams that support our mission of multiplying leaders and multiplying churches.
What is Coram Deo?
Since 2017, Coram Deo has helped equip more than 500 pastors, ministry leaders, and church planters, as well as partnered in planting 13 new churches and ministries. In 2025 alone, we equipped more than 200 Christian leaders across the globe. We do this by developing the whole person in Christ (what we call their “being, knowing, doing, and serving”) in their ministry context (what we call in-ministry formation) at a price point that allows anyone who hears God’s call to get equipped for ministry.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and steward relationships with new and existing donors
Meet regularly with donors—in-person, by phone, and at events

Help donors explore legacy gifts to Coram Deo (wills, retirement accounts, endowment)
Administrative Support:
Work with Director of Operations to build and improve fundraising systems
Partner with Admin team on tracking donors and gifts
Collaborate with Communications team to create compelling donor materials
Additional tasks as assigned
What we’re looking for:
A natural relationship builder who connects well with people
Alignment with Coram Deo’s mission, values, model, and theological commitments
Comfortable inviting people into financial partnership (development experience helpful but not required)
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Deep understanding of biblical stewardship and generosity
Active church member in good standing
Dedicated and tested follower of Christ with a calling to serve the Church
