Monthly cohort meetings, individual study and application, and mentoring with a pastor in your local church. Approx. 100 hours of coursework.

A 2-3 year pathway for those with a call to become an ordained or commissioned pastor in your church or denomination. Dive into essential areas of pastoral leadership, such as spiritual formation, theology, church history, sacraments, pastoral care, preaching, leadership and mission. 550-600 hours of coursework, online and live coaching, mentoring from your local pastor, open enrollment.

Coach-mentoring is a supportive relationship in which an experienced pastor or ministry leader (the coach) partners with another pastor to provide guidance, encouragement, and accountability. This process helps pastors develop their leadership skills, navigate challenges, and pursue personal and professional growth. By engaging in coached-mentoring, pastors can gain fresh perspectives, identify blind spots, and cultivate a deeper sense of purpose and effectiveness in their ministry.
